The ideal candidate will have in-depth ad operations experience, a working knowledge of ad server platforms, as well as knowledge of rich media platforms. The candidate must have the capacity to plan and manage a range of multiple projects and work closely with the Publishing Sales & Marketing team to ensure campaigns are quality assured and successfully launched.
Job Responsibilities:
- Traffic and manage advertising campaigns
- Perform quality assurance, upload and QA ad tags
- Ensure all creative is built to proper technical specs
- Test and QA ad creative to certify that specifications are met and ads are operating and tracking properly
- Assess deliverables based on project scope of work and work with client / creative partners to coordinate schedules
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Investigate discrepancies, reporting and campaign optimization with the Publishing Sales & Marketing team
- Effectively communicate and document project statuses
- Ensure all files are appropriately archived
- Assist with smaller projects, as needed
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ad agency experience of 1-2 years is preferred
- Experience with ad serving platforms and/or rich media platforms
- Understanding of digital file requirements
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and Rich Media is a plus
- Familiarity with Photoshop or any of the Adobe Creative Suite products is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working independently and completing all necessary tasks without constant micromanagement
- Ability to work across several projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure is essential
