Our client, an industry-leading entertainment marketing Research Company in Los Angeles, is seeking to hire a senior executive with extensive management experience in marketing research to help drive the next stage of the company’s growth. This experience will most likely include work in consumer-facing, leisure time industries including but not limited to: gaming, sports, television, film, music, fashion/lifestyle, branding, social networking, etc.

The candidate must have a well-established and loyal client base with a proven track record of delivering strong bottom line financial results. This individual may own a company and be seeking a growth opportunity via a merger with another management group. Alternatively, the candidate may be a senior executive in a company where they maintain control over their own business unit and have the ability to move their client base with them to a new company.

In this role, the executive will continue to operate and manage their business with the company providing all usual and customary services, including financial and administrative services and research support. The executive will report to both the company’s President and CEO and join the senior management team in leading the company.

Base compensation will be based on the annual revenue the executive represents being brought to the company and will be adjusted to take into account actual annual revenues and gross margins achieved. This opportunity presents a significant upside for the right candidate, as a financial instrument will be discussed that will provide the executive a participation in the company based on revenue contribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years in a senior or executive position in a marketing research company
  • Extensive network of industry clients and contacts
  • Current client base with annual research and/or consulting revenues of no less than $2 million with a gross margin on those revenues of no less than 55%
  • Ownership of one’s own business or leadership of a business unit within a market research company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Promote the Winter Park Resort / Trestle Bike Park brand by leveraging its assets to maximize fan engagement.
  • Develop a consistent vision and best practices for Winter Park Resort’s / Trestle Bike Park’s social media assets which include but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with Winter Park Resort / Trestle Bike Park business units, brands, sponsors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute social media initiatives that drive traffic, enhance engagement, and successfully market brands, sponsors, etc. in collaboration with marketing colleagues initiatives and channel support

Our client, an industry-leading entertainment marketing Research Company in Los Angeles, is seeking to hire a senior executive with extensive management experience in marketing research to help drive the next stage of the company’s growth. This experience will most likely include work in consumer-facing, leisure time industries including but not limited to: gaming, sports, television, film, music, fashion/lifestyle, branding, social networking, etc.

The candidate must have a well-established and loyal client base with a proven track record of delivering strong bottom line financial results. This individual may own a company and be seeking a growth opportunity via a merger with another management group. Alternatively, the candidate may be a senior executive in a company where they maintain control over their own business unit and have the ability to move their client base with them to a new company.

In this role, the executive will continue to operate and manage their business with the company providing all usual and customary services, including financial and administrative services and research support. The executive will report to both the company’s President and CEO and join the senior management team in leading the company.

Base compensation will be based on the annual revenue the executive represents being brought to the company and will be adjusted to take into account actual annual revenues and gross margins achieved. This opportunity presents a significant upside for the right candidate, as a financial instrument will be discussed that will provide the executive a participation in the company based on revenue contribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years in a senior or executive position in a marketing research company
  • Extensive network of industry clients and contacts
  • Current client base with annual research and/or consulting revenues of no less than $2 million with a gross margin on those revenues of no less than 55%
  • Ownership of one’s own business or leadership of a business unit within a market research company
