Location: Trowbridge or Chippenham | Salary: £31,846 - £34,746 Plus 15% Market supplement

About the role

Based within our safeguarding and assessment team you will manage the caseload, supervise, coach and mentor a pod of 4 newly qualified social workers going through there Assessed Supported Year Employment to enable them to achieve their full potential and deliver a quality service to children and families. This is an ideal career move if you are keen to strengthen your knowledge and skills and step up into a management role.

About you

You will be an experienced Social Worker aspiring to be a manager.

We want you to be an excellent role model, having high expectations of yourself and others setting an outstanding example for others to follow by demonstrating and promoting outstanding practice.

You must be qualified to a DipSW level or equivalent and be registered as a social worker with HCPC registration.

It is essential that you have 3 years post qualifying experience and can demonstrate that you have coached, mentored or supervised another student or Social Worker.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, and must not have more than six penalty points.
