Position description
Able to perform operation & maintenance services including overhauling / repair / fitting activities of standard mechanical equipment’s, associated auxiliaries and related systems of equipment families.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on equipment families according to customer requirements.
- Guide and supervise during execution of engine repair and overhaul related jobs;
- Execution of generators / related auxiliaries repair & overhaul jobs independently
- Carry out planned and unplanned engine maintenance jobs as assigned;
- May act as system commissioning engineer and may lead the related commissioning activities
- Report executed work according to Wärtsilä standards.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures
- Promote Wärtsilä Products and Services
Requirements
Education:
BSc./Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
Experience:
7-8 years experience in the relevant field is preferred.
