My Luxury, British, fashion client are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to join their team and help drive and sustain the growth of their Ecommerce business.
As Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for hitting sales targets, developing and overseeing the execution of a cross-channel ecommerce strategy and driving traffic. You will manage an in-house team as well as external agencies for digital marketing activity. You will also have an opportunity to introduce the company's first CRM program and look at new ways for the business to acquire and retain business.
You will have complete ownership of the Ecommerce for the brand and will be responsible for the overall commercial trading of the website. The team is a size of three and you will manage two direct reports, you will be managing other online marketing, content strategy and development, website design, web analytics and web technologies.
To apply you must have experience managing an Ecommerce website and team, in a Fashion/Retail sector. You should have proven leadership of projects, outstanding analytical skills and strong experience interpreting test results.
You should be very passionate about Luxury, Fashion and Ecommerce, commercial thinking and want to work in a fast-paced environment.
