Business Development Director – Travel/Programmatic, Central London – c.£60,000 + 40% OTE uncapped

Great opportunity for an experienced digital sales candidate with experience working within the travel sector, to further their career with this exciting and growing, global programmatic advertising company in their UK HQ.

This award winning digital business provides the world’s leading online advertisers and media agencies with advanced digital marketing products and services that use unique data, audience profiling, targeting and optimisation to deliver exceptional campaign performance in a brand safe environment, at scale.

We are looking for a strong sales individual to convert the impact of their behaviourally targeted direct response and brand response lead advertising solutions, into key business from a broad base relevant clients.In addition, the successful candidate will understand where the business sits in the wider advertising ecosystem to find commercially beneficial business in a highly challenging, exciting area.Highly driven, the right person will be expected to lead and work collaboratively with the team to build creative and engaging solutions.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Solid digital advertising sales experience with experience operating within the travel market, an impressive track record of commercial success
• Current sales experience in a b2c digital marketing, advertising, ad-tech or RTB  related business.
• Well-connected and passionate about all forms of digital advertising, in particular having a passion for promoting the merits of display advertising.
• A proven track record of creating opportunities and delivering results
• Innovative commercial skills, with a keen sense for business.
• A strategic awareness, with vision and an ability to think laterally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good agency contacts at all levels
• Imagination, creative thinking and the ability to relate to and empathise with, creative people.
• Ideally be educated to degree level.
